If you want to access a site which has a restricted access like only to users from some countries,then the best thing you can do is by using a surfing through some proxy sites.
What happens is when you visit a website through a proxy site(which is hosted in some X country),when the website traces your ip,it gets the ip of the proxy site.so the website should allow access from the country in which proxy site is hosted.

The proxy site which i use is
1)www.proxy.org

in this site you can find proxy sites on the right side and select site depending on the country.

HOW TO RECOVER HACKED GMAIL ACCOUNT

If your Gmail account is hacked it would be really painful if you are having credit card details or any other sensitive information and if your orkut is also connected with the same mail id,then it would be realy frustating as you have to find all of your friends again and invite them again.

To recover lost password follow below steps you may recover your lost password:

click on the above link and follow the instructions there if you know answer to your security question you can recover your password.
2)First method may not work some times as the hacker may change your security question immediately after getting access to your account.

INCREASE YOUR SYSTEM PERFORMANCE(USING WINDOWS DISK CLEANUP)

Note:upto what i know this tool is present in all windows versions higher than xp and xp itself.
Windows has a built in tool (Windows Disk Cleanup)which can improve your system performance by
1)deleting temporary internet files
2)deleting windows temporary files
3)emptying the recycle bin.
4)deleting web browsers cache,etc..

To run disk cleanup,
1)Click start and then type disk cleanup and then press enter.
2)Then you have to choose between 2 options one is to clean my files only,another is files from all users in this computer.
3)Then select the drive you want to cleanup.
4)It scans the drive and gives you list of files it has found which are not useful according to it.
5)Uncheck files which you dont want to delete and press ok.
6)perform the same task to all drives in your computer to remove unnecessary files and increase your performance.

WANT TO CHECK WHETHER YOU ANTIVIRUS IS WORKING PROPERLY??

If you want to check whether your antivirus is working properly(i.e. to check whether it can detect a virus or malware,etc..),then follows the steps which are below.

Copy and paste the code in the next line without quotes and paste it in notepad and save it as fakevirus.exe,
"X5O!P%@AP[4\PZX54(P^)7CC)7}$EICAR-STANDARD-ANTIVIRUS-TEST-FILE!$H+H*"

If your antivirus detects the file and deletes it,then your antivirus is working.
This is a test for to check functionality of anivirus,this wont do any harm to your system even if your antivirus is not working properly.

BLOCK A WEBSITE FROM ACCESSING USING YOUR COMPUTER.

If you want to block a site from accessing using your computer this article is for you.people want to block some sites from accessing using their computer for many reasons like their children are wasting much of time on that site,etc...

Things to be done:
1) Browse to C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc(etc is a folder name)
2) Find the file named "HOSTS"
3) Open it with notepad
4) Under "127.0.0.1 localhost" Add 127.0.0.2 www.example.com(www.example.com is the site you want to block from accesssing on your computer) , and that site will no longer be accessable.
5)you are done that site cannot be accessed from you system

You can block as many sites as you want just you have to chage the last digit in the 127.0.0.1

like
127.0.0.2 www.example.com
127.0.0.3 www.example1.com
if you copy the above two lines at the end of HOSTS file www.example.com,www.example1.com are not accessible using your computer.

OCR stands for optical character recogintion.

Click on the browse button an upload your image.
Enter the CAPTCHA code to verify that you are a human.
Now select language in the image.
Click on the “Send File’ button to upload you image to their server for processing.
A text box containing the text extracted from the image will be shown on the next page.

This website supports like JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP etc file formats. The final output is almost without any flaw.

Your windows may take a long time to load,it can happen happen due to many reasons like:
1)viruses,trojans,malware,etc..
2)damanged registry.
3)fragmented hard disk.
4)having many startup programs.

VIRUS :
   By running a PC scan you can know if your system is affected with virus.

REMOVING STARTUP PROGRAMS:
  1)Goto Start-->Run.
  2)type msconfig and hit enter.
  3)now navigate to startup tab.
   Tick only those programs which you want to run on startup and click apply and then ok.

FRAGMENTED HARDDISK:

1) Goto Start-->Run.

2)type disk degragmentor and hit enter

3)now perform defragmentation.

FIX HARD DISK ERRORS.

1)Goto Start --> Run.

2)Type CMD and hit enter.

3)Type chkdsk and hit enter to fix HDD errors in C drive.

4)To fix errors in other drives type CHKDSK /F and hit enter.
